Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide a seamless experience for our customers, including account management and refunds. Please review our account deactivation and refund policy below:
Shipments Refund Eligibility:
We strive to ensure fair and transparent refund processes. Please note that refunds are subject to verification and approval by VAMAN CARGO in collaboration with our shipping partners. Refunds will only be issued for eligible shipments within a specific timeframe.
We understand the importance of timely and accurate refunds, and we are committed to processing them efficiently. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please reach out to our customer support team with the necessary details, and we will guide you through the verification process.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes related to service, credit/debit notes or billing shall be settled within the wallet associated with your account. We are committed to fair and transparent resolution processes for all our customers.
Wallet Amount and Subscription Charges: We prioritize transparency and clarity in our policies. Please be informed that wallet amounts and subscription charges paid to VAMAN CARGO are non-refundable under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Furthermore, we kindly remind you that any remaining wallet balance must be utilized before account deactivation. We encourage you to make full use of your wallet balance to avail of our services and benefits.
Account Deactivation Process:
You can request the deactivation of your account at any time by contacting our agents. Upon receiving your request, your account will be deactivated promptly.
Data Retention:
Your account data will be securely stored for an additional 90 days following account deactivation, allowing you the option to resume your account if desired. However, please note that once the data is deleted, it cannot be retrieved.
Post-Deactivation Invoices:
Following account deactivation, you may still receive invoices for shipments that were not billed earlier or for which there are changes in shipping details. These invoices must be settled if not paid in advance.
Final Invoices:
If you choose to cancel the service in the middle of the month, you may receive one final invoice for any RTO (Return to Origin), weight reconciliation, or other discrepancies via email in end of the month. Once this invoice is settled, you will not incur any further charges.
Fraudulent Activity:
In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, VAMAN CARGO may suspend or terminate your account. This action will be taken only after thorough investigation and consideration of all relevant factors.
